I would like to see USXP outline their buy back plan...such as "our target is to buy back x number of shares lowering the float" retiring those shares and not flooding the market with shares (diluting) at the same time....Pink Sheet classic.

We will see...This company can be a money maker for shareholders lets see if they have a true vision.
