My spin on the hostile takeover PR:

No matter how we cut it a buyout of Gamenzflix would be the best move to longs ever. JF needs capital and a company with deep pockets and put GZFX on a pedistal. When looking at the balance sheet and looking at the value of the company as a whole. I could see a buy out for a very large price putting the PPS where we started at .10+ I don't care what the bashers say JF is not against investors in any way. He is against helping day trading flippers. Why some of you may ask? Because Day trading flippers dont give a damn about the company and probably never will. So those of you so pissed at JF cry all you want thats the cold fact of the situation. ANYONE WANT TO PROVE ME WRONG? I would love to see it.
