DARN! I KNEW it was a specialist...oh well...but last week (while traveling and therefore not as tuned in as usual) I read somewhere there was ANOTHER one added...now I know they are ASSIGNED to TKO---TKO really doesn;t have a choice who they get...BUT, I wonder if more than one can be assigned, AND, if private entities such as a really really rich person, can just go in there and buy and sell without having to go thru any particular exchange.... maybe I am not real clear on the NDD --what causes it to be labeled NDD, as opposed to an exchange that all are familiar with.
