Omnicom Group Inc. -- Tuesday its board has authorized a 2-for-1 stock split in the form of a 100 % stock dividend.

Shareholders of record on June 6 will receive one additional share for each shareheld. The stock split to be distributed on June 25.

Looks like a good option call.
