OT: holycow. I have heard this before. One theory is that a higher body temperature relates to an increase in oxidation events which can lead to cancer. It's basic thermodynamics... the hotter it gets the faster reactions occur, etc. Also related to diffusion to some degree. Anyway, calorie restriction reduces these events. Search "calorie restriction lowers body temperature" if you want more info. Oh, btw, resveratrol is theorized to do the same. smile Having blood work done next week too so hopefully I will see before resveratrol data vs 5 months on resveratrol data. Will report back.
