Maybe the amendments to the 12/31/06 10K will be next. There definitely appears to be an omission in the explanation of Amounts Due From Related Parties. Note that the (ii) entry is omitted and the amounts do not total $1,055,240 as appears under assets. I cannot find an explanation for the $820,000 due from Minority Shareholders that was added in 1st Qtr-07. There is an entry of ($623,257) under cash flow to account for cash loaned(?) to Mak and Officiers.

Amounts Due From/To Affiliate


As at December 31, 2006, we had amounts receivable from related parties including the following: (i) amounts due from entities under common control by the Company’s President, who is also the Chief Executive Officer and the interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company totaling $768,965; and (iii) amounts due from minority shareholders of $513. All the receivables are unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand.
