There absolutely IS the need for proof of commercial operations in Pachuca. Nobody in the investment community believes a word that Globetel is saying relative to NMC.

Unlike those who wish for Globetel's demise, there are those who know that this must happen, and there is no good reason on earth that says we must wait for proof of operations in Pachuca.

The more time that goes by without it, the longer Globetel looks like a sham.
