Libel:
A. a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression
B. a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt

What you wrote is clearly both the definitions listed above. You are saying the company is just a private mailbox in Beverly Hills. Thats a false statement. The company is certainly much more than that. They may have executive offices in CA, but they also have a full factory in TX. They are not just a mailbox as you had stated.

The stock may be doing poorly, which is obvious. However that does not give you the right to make blanket false statements.
