Len...I read and do understand the rules. It just seems like a possibility the same as your two tie does.

If, as you say, "NO TWO PEOPLE CAN HAVE THE SAME TIMES." then, how is it possible for two way tie.

But, using your scenario, if it is possible for a " two way tie because the exact time to the second COULD happen (theoretically) exactly between any two people.' then, why can it not happen for three?
