Totally agree with Lochute on holding this up until the meeting with "Mets". I don't believe this would help until after their meeting and in fact this would probably become a major part of their discussion as Pandey would have to defend his board and management of Xkem to the remarks in this letter.
Also I think the tone of the letter is too harsh overall. We have a right to question their treatment of us stockholders but this sounds like everything they are doing or have done is wrong. As mentioned, because we don't know what the actual conditions working in Nigeria is like, I really don't believe we should be this harsh.
