So, why would Megas/Sytner want our shares to go away.


1. They want to sell THEIR shares if the stock trades again.

2. They, or parties related to them, are short BCIT.

3. They are in some way complicit in the unregistered shares issue.

4. They need to get rid of all the bogus shares to get trading again.


Three reasons "against" and 1 "for" - alas, none of them are good for us.

BUT - how can #4 be accurate since there has never been an official ruling that says are shares aren't legitimate?

I would have to say #4 can be ruled out.
