Sorry to hear about Joe M. He seemed to have some real talent from what I saw with the JV agreement that had his name on it. He also received positive credit in at least one PR that came out. So much for my theory of him becoming the next CEO. Wrong again.

His termination occured the day after the release of the operational update to shareholders. Consistent with winding down Centerline.

All this must apparently need to be out of the way before the financials are released. They must be loaded.
