Does anyone wanna deal with the reality that it looks like the SEC had found some real issues with the Centerline segment of globetel. Why would a company publicly say that they are loooking for a way to move it before they actully did it (not a good way to make a favorable deal)? Seems like the are lubeing up investors (foreshadowing???) for the next step down.
