I was wondering about the "binding TEAM LOI". Does that mean that team can't back out now? and that would need to be based on a price already established? Right? and WRNW needs to do DD to see if its legit as far as their unaudited income. The idea of binding is well binding, I guess. The Pr also mentions it isn't a merge as some have said but rather its an aquisition that is termed "definitive purchase agreement". So where is this money coming from? Our half a billion shares at current pps is 5 million dollars. That company declares a EBITDA "earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization" of 2.7 million. So we know they play the tax game to their advantage and we could come up with 2 million a year for Income. I would say the company is worth 15 million in todays market. So where would the other 10 million come from? If they were to dump the half billion shares on the market the price would not sustain. It makes more sense to just let the business grow itself, let the extra cash they make used to lease other companies services to work for WRNW (the stockholders). Seems like they are taking a sure thing and going for a gamble. I don't think the oil prices will being going down anytime soon, if so buy out futures that they would obtain at a specific price to deliver. I am a simple mind when it comes to business so if you refute this idea which I encourage please use laymen terminology. No Harvard business degree here. (worked with a few in the past and they didn't make much sense to me) lol

I really should go outside and get some exercise.......
