I just got off the phone with my Father (Retired Executive Director for Citigroup) I explained the situation to him that we are experiencing. His opinion was 100% positive..By moving the A/S shares overseas it will generate working capital for the company which will only benefit us here in the U.S. when they post financials. Secondly, if their is truely a Walmart deal in the making the company was probably directed by Walmart executives to pursue what they stated in regard to purchasing operations overseas that will drasticly reduce the cost of production for their products..IMO This is all positive!!
