- McBride has confided he was sick of niggling shareholders and SEC supervision, that had a lot to do with his actual stepping down as CEO... He hasn't done any of the required filings: 13D, Form 3 and 4, etc...
- He discussed taking the company Private on several occasions...
- He's allocated himself 10 million shares for peanuts in addition to his existing 7.5 million, which with the help of his cronies give him total control over SEVU...
- Private companies are not traded and are usually completely illiquid because there no longer is a market for the shares... In addition, there is no SEC control and no Checks and Balances left... The perfect climate for McBride to Thrive!....
