Hopefully the new accountant will get SEC reports straightened out in the near future. The latest amendments to the 2005-10K and 2006-10Q (1st quarter) are the second amendments for both. Mak's stock dilusion and questionable PR's the last 2 quarters of 2006 may have resulted in complaints to the SEC.
