Pharo1: I would be screaming @ Ameritrade for not filling your order. There is no excuse for that. If the stock is available @ $.43 and you have $.43 limit order they should be going out and taking the stock from the seller (GLEN).

I have heard other people say what you are saying and I always figured they were BS'ing. I guess Ameritrade is just not the place to be.

Ameritrade sucks. Try Schwab or another broker that has a brain. I got a fill with schwab the other day @ $.32 while people were paying $.38 plus.
