I have been watching the the bid ask numbers for the last few weeks and appears someone is trying to keep the price low. The last sale reproted at 10:30 was 2.60 the last offer after that sale is 2.59. when the price is rising sellers have to keep raiseing the offer price. My uneducated opinion.
