while the whole world is acknowleging Intel's 90nm is delayed,

Much, if not most, of the world knows that Intel has a stable 90 nm process that has been producing product in Oregon for some time. And now 90 nm is running in full production mode in Arizona.

Meanwhile AMD limps along with poor yields on 130 nm. Yields are so poor that Dresden operates at only 50% of its normal capacity.
