I keep hearing about the name change and new symbol, I agree it should be Thurs. possible Mon. I think alot of peeps foregot the Mar. 22nd posting. They change there name after filing for the CUSIP and hence the symbol would have to reflect the new name. This did have a delay of the orgn. date. see below, "IN LIGHT OF"

The company today announced that its Transfer Agent has obtained a new CUSIP number, in light of the Corporate name change to Esprit Financial Group, Inc. The NASD is anticipated to release the Company's new stock ticker symbol within the next week to ten days. Esprit will announce the new ticker symbol as soon as it is issued to the Company.
