Do you think they were prompted by the sec to make that statement ???? I don't think it's a safe harbor neccessity of any kind because the investigation is ceased. I'd really like to find out if the sec is requiring that type of disclosure statement after an investigation resulting in no finding.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
