Yes ... there is no mention of Bear Stearns or Dresden Bank, etc. on the Trimax website any more.
Now the Trimax website says "in Association with High End Foreign Banks".
I called Bear Stearns in NYC on Friday and they were surprised to hear that their logo and name was being used in connection with this deal.
