There are 250 million shares outstanding. 17 million in the float. The rest are 144 restricted, and there will be absolutely NO dilution. They have made this clear.

The Reverse Merger is on track and should be completed next week. What else is there to update? It's not a sure thing, fine... but looks like it's going to go through. I don't know what's missing, that you're looking for to be satisfied.
