The IPO is not a done deal as long there is no official SEC filing.
I guess the roadshow to get deep pocket underwriters is key
for a sucessful IPO and this can take months, the market has
to support the structure of the IPO (no word out).

I guess this was a quick shot of Jay like a few other things
like listing or Fortune 500 financing that never came to fruition.

I don´t value people for the empty promises I value people
for execution and fulfillment of their promises and this is
reflected in the share price.

Two pair shoes and Jay hasn´t learn his management lesson.
