I really couldn't tell you:

JW leads everyone to believe that Kite will spin-off and IPO...which would net MOBL sufficient cash to pay Cornell and re-establish the former BP. He further says that he working on the sell of Davell, which will make MOBL even more competitive.

JW has a soft spot for Cornell Capital and either doesn't see the harm in dilution of SP, or really doesn't care about the SH concerns. I believe he is highly educated and well aware of the situation. He is making money regardless of the SP, and does not give two SHITTE MUSLIMS about your income situation. That's why he is a successful businessman.
