I guess you are saying that the offering price isn't $3.40? I assumed it was but after re-reading the news it looks like that was just an example benchmark. How does the share price typically get set? Is it negotiated based on capital, debt, revenue, other? Anyone care to elaborate?

Based on the stock's closing price of $3.40 on Nasdaq on Monday, the offering would raise gross proceeds of about $85 million, it said.
