Red Flag for GLBX investors.....

I have been checking out GLXI from some time...reading posts and trying to find DD in the IBOX ( there's none except for supposed share disclosure )......

Couple of things bothere me......

(1) Doesn't it bother anybody's logic that Globex is buying all these claims ( supposedly ) in the height of winter, at a location that is way up north in Quebec's Artic Circle ?? I mean there is snow ALL YEAR ROUND up there. So, before you buy claims you must do core samples.....when, where, how in the dead of winter ?? I mean there is NOTHING but Eskimo's in Tasiujaq, Quebec.

(2) Financed with Trimax Capital Group.....well I checked the website and found out that they have an office in Montreal, Quebec. Hey ! I LIVE in Montreal.....so I tokk my trusty telephone book, and, guess what ? There is no Trimax Capital Group.....called the operator....no way Jose...
So I checked the website again, and, it said that the head office of Trimax Capital Group is in Calgary. Alberta. So, I went to our national internet directory "Canada411.ca" to look up good old Trimax Capital.......no listing. Then I said, hey, every city has their own website.....you know for tourists, etc......so I went to Calgary.ca and searched for Trimax Capital Group......no listing. NO that is a red flag that this company's head office has no listing in the phone directory in their city ??

(3) Doesn't it bother anyone that there is no business addresses for any location of Globex or Umining Resources ?

(4) Doesn't bother you that there is no specfic mention that of any business partners/locations in ANY of the PR's ? I mean, even the PR regarding the BIO business in Brazil is so vague, we are dealing "some private companies in Brazil"....I mean, in all of their PR's, their doesn't seem to have any specifics.....

(5) I am always skeptical about any pinkies that have business or services that are untraceable and unverifiable.....ever since I got burned with SLJB, I remain steadfast that this will not happen again....beware of investing in some business that is in a far off location where you cannot verify the any information.

(6) Affiliation with Andre or Andrea Cortellazzi of Coastal Holdings ( CSJJ ). I mean, limited shareholder, according to "John's" lengthy letter in IBOX that offers "valuable contacts because he is in the industry" What ?????? Andre is in the industry????

Andrea's home location is 1212 Repath Crescent.....a very rich and exclusive location in the center of the mountain in downtown Montreal with mansions that value in the multi millions......his busines location seems to be 1231 Sherbrook West F100......a 3 block walk down the hill into another huge and exclusive condominium building that is residential......not commercial, near the corner of Sherbrook and Crescent/Mountain streets....for those glocal tavelers that have ventured to our fair city.....

IMO.....Andrea Cortellazzi is an opperator of shell stocks that operate pump and dumps.....there is no valid business he/she is affiliated with......and there is certainly ZERO DD available that shows Andre or Andrea has any uranium ( or ANY ) mining experience .

(7) I could give a hoot about Andre or Abdrea ( depending on what PR you read or document you read.....Andre ( with an accent on the "e" is for men.......Andrea is clearly a female name ) .

BUT...John's statements bother me when he is clearly defending this person, instead of trying to distance himself as far away as possible , IMO.

(8)...Denyse Raynault.......( Denyse is female name ), and, she lives at 1420 Bernard West #17......

AGAIN......a residential condo.


So, it is perplexing to me that we have a couple of "women", operating from no business offices, yet, are CEO's of 2 mining companies from their residences, and, share a "phantom" financing company calle Trimax Capital Group.....

and, of yes......there are no offices for Globex of Umining listed anywhere in North America.


Me, I trade according to technical analysis ( I've learned the hard way to trust the charts and not my emotions, or, the emotions of any board ) . So I could care less if this is a legit or not legit shell company......I will bounce in and out.

However......being in Montreal and noticing that the properties were in Quebec, I dicided to do a little DD myself and share the results.

Again, use the "canada411.ca or Calgary.ca" websites to research if there is any locations........oh yes, you can also use " Mapquest.ca " to look up addresses and locations.

Maybe, they are in transition and will provide valid civic address.....but when the stock is being "pumped" with PR and after PR, and, there is no capability to verify anything, and the only means to contact the company is through cell phone numbers and email address, and, the affiliation ( no matter how small ) with Andre or Andrea Cortellazzi.......

Just, tread carfully folks if you are thinking long term.....at least until there is more firm "facts" that can be verified .
