I guess by Frog's answer that he has never owned a business or a corporation so we should take all of his brilliant input on corporate sharestructure and restructure with a grain of sea salt.

Electrical engineer who despises Dr. Frudakis yet owns DNAPrint shares; predicts DNAPrint will close it's doors yet still owns DNAPrint shares. Calls them all liars and thieves yet has never been in the position of running a fledgling biotech with pre-cutting edge technology.

Hmmmm. And I thought I would never feel sorry for this guy...............
