Iran -- The Company does not need to be a "Fully Reporting Company" with audited financials in order to hold regular Investor Conference Calls...

IMO, this would be an extremely positive interim development for the management team until the decision is made (likely in 2008) to retain an independent auditor and begin filings with the SEC... As a prelude to an eventual listing on the AMEX or the OTC-BB...

In addition, a regular investor conference call would not cost the Company a significant amount of funds... And would improve transparency while reaching a far larger investor base who may (perhaps rightfully) be skeptical of other forms of communication such as research reports from firms which are compensated by the Company...

Direct communications from the management team to investors would be the best from my perspective...
