I agree with you. Overstock was shorted over an extended period, but their business fundamentals were also on the downside. Companies that are overpriced and/or have deteriorating fundamentals are eaten alive by the nakeds. I think ACMG's business plan will result in enough consistent growth to keep the nakeds somewhat out of the picture, that's all I'm saying.

The SEC really needs to step up and take enforcement action against these scumbags!!!!

When everyone actually IS out to get you, being paranoid is just smart thinking.
