Vindication.
For the last several months, all we've gotten were attacks.
Posts that were 100 percent on topic, information that was very relevant, removed. Hence this board.
And lo and behold...DEAD SOLID PERFECT.
Yes, as you've seen, it was posted (and deleted) months ago that there was reason to believe the DHS contract didn't exist.
DEAD SOLID PERFECT. And why didn't many view it on the FNF board? Because there were hundreds of posts telling how evil we all were, working for some hedge fund and shorting the stock. LMAO!
It was discussed that very likely things had gone awry with the SQUM deal.
And then there were attacks ON SQUM, saying they were in on the fix.
And now today's news says that things had gone awry with the SQUM deal, and not because of SQUM.
DEAD SOLID PERFECT.
Essentially, today's Double Dose of Discovery with a shot of Reality confirms that those who made this board-Ice, Sand, Danno, Heenster, those who made notice of these crucial pieces of information that were THERE FOR ALL TO SEE, were DEAD SOLID PERFECT.
No, I'm not saying all of this to rub anyone's face in it. I'm saying it because I'm angry. Angry that this was not prevented from happening. Angry that information that was ON TOPIC, NON-ATTACKING TO OTHER POSTERS, NON-SPAM, and NOT MISLEADING was removed from view on the boards. Angry that people, some of them 100% honest and upstanding, lost money due to the FALSE INFORMATION THAT WAS POSTED, AND THE ELIMINATION OF THE (as we know now) CORRECT INFORMATION THAT WAS REMOVED.
Today is bittersweet. It angers me that so many lost money here, and it fills me with some small satisfaction that my efforts, and the efforts of posters who I now consider my friends, were shown to be in good conscience. Were shown to be RIGHT. And in the end, truly, who wins? None of us. We can only hope that the wheels of Justice are turned a little faster this time to make sure ALL GUILTY PARTIES ARE PROSECUTED. And I mean ALL.
I'm sick of the accusations that Ice had knowledge of the trading suspension. HE DIDN'T. PERIOD. Is someone going to come out now and claim the SEC and FBI called him last night to let him know this was going to be released today? Or that Sequiam woke him out of a sleep to tell him that the order was bogus? ICEMAN WAS RIGHT. SANDVET WAS RIGHT. HEENSTER WAS RIGHT. DICKMO WAS RIGHT. DANNO WAS RIGHT. RALPHKAZ WAS RIGHT. The list goes on.
CKYS is finished, IMO. Now it's a matter of who goes by the adage "A hundredth of a loaf is better than no loaf at all."
But the completion of justice is far from done.
