Yes you are wrong. the pay out is 1 TCNH for ever 194 MRKL shares you have.

194x.0115 = 2.23 and TCNH is at 1.55 now.

So in long run you would better off just buying TCNH @ 1.55/share

What we see depends mainly on what we look for.
