I'm thinking that either someone was willing to buy at 4 and sell at 3 and lose about $500 plus and pull the price down or perhaps someone at the regulatory agency bought in when seeing the application for ticker change but bailed when they didn't see the ticker change developing any time soon? Any other theories here?
