I think your estimate gives Anavex the short end of the stick, given what it is capable of doing ... plus, this does not give any credit to 3-71 et al in the MC.

This is exactly what the “fair and balanced” market wants to accomplish but cant due to the current share holding structure. “Middlemen” make bank on secondaries, shorts make bank on trapped longs, and the acquiring company comes in and cleans up. Currently all that “they” can accomplish is to suppress the MC and acquire as many shares as possible before EMA approval. Dr. M would be a “sell out” in my book if he let go of A2-73 and A3-71 for 13 Billion. After all, we are only addressing a 265 billion market.
