.............I'm protesting, no matter what...............even if LTCG..............litigation proceeds.......are litigation proceeds.................10 years of nonsense, to boot..........a simple protest is a one-page form.........and puts the onus on the IRS..............and the FDIC and FED then have to summarize the entire DISASTER....WHICH THEY CANNOT DO........then the IRS simply approves my protest.........hands me $450,000....................I ain't got anything to lose......................
