There will be a G & L Cable Channel and Frank's idea was on target as far as QBID's target audience. The problem was that Frank was/is a thief and should be put in jail for a very long time.

The G & L market is larger than most would admit and for the most part it has very deep pockets. Some day real soon a legitimate broadcaster will put it all together and make a ton of money.
