Our concerns regarding clock stop mainly consist of the complexity of various issues and our preparedness to deal with them in a satisfactory and timely manner . I have a bias because I think 2.5 yrs is enough time to have prepared answers in anticipation of chimp questions, I have an additional bias in that I believe the OLE largely satisfied my efficacy concerns though I realize my shortcomings on this aspect. In my efforts to understand the nature of what chimp questions could be stumbling blocks I tried to think of chimp needs and problems our therapy could address and I found this abstract dated May 2019. It is really outdated because it presumes infusions will be first approved therapy for ad in Europe. However it does address virtually all of Europes concerns and need for our therapy. If Anavex can address questions raised by this abstract in totality we are well on our way,imo. Another one of my problems computer proficiency so no copy paste .
