A few cracks in the armor? This arrived early today. Several (5) push backs from me and no doubt others have at least raised this issue to a higher level.

My whole argument is that these tickers are thinly traded to begin with and people who trade Pinks know exactly what they are doing. I replied that I would be happy to sign a hold harmless agreement if that helps.

Again, I don't expect them to buckle but you never know. Squeaky wheel gets the grease?
