Its not about 15c2-11 IMO. Most tickers I hold are limited filers with no or little revenue., unsolicited quotes only, etc, and have less credentials than EGYF but are now OTCID. The annual should have been filed by 6/30...that's all. The dumping here stopped as expected (since no shares were issued and just some mysterious seller sold for a loss). There is a real chance with bigger hits on the ask (now 0.0088 again after days in the 0.006s) the spell will break. The pps could easily ride up again to multiple pennies unless MZ stays quiet.
