I think 'Shih Suey Pai', especially after reading the quantum website, is some kind of financier/funder. Quantum obviously played a big part in the acquisition of KIB, now DKME, shares.

There is also some kind of connection to Xtomorrow, i believe Dr Kim (current ceo), was also on this website at one point - so maybe there is still a connection.

Additionally, I can only assume that DKME INC, the company formed in delaware, was started by Quantum, or their team, or by the guys at Xtomorrow. It doesn't make sense to fund an acquisition, to then give shares away; unless there was a monetary exchange which i don't believe there was from the fillings on Dart. For me, it was a very strange clause that CRTG put into their private placement for the convertible series D shares:

1. I wonder if CRTG has some debts outstanding/accumalating that could create cause for concern and rather than risk ownership of those shares they decide to exercise their 'security' and more them into a more secure environment (1 theory)

2. In order to sort the issues that KIB (now DMKE) are facing with being delisted and, based on recent fillings, scrutiny of the largest shareholder - maybe it isn't a good look if the major shareholder is currently on the expert market for lack of filling and decided to move it to a entity that is cleaner ATM.

3. Maybe DKME INC is part of CRTG's plans still and it could even be owned by CRTG, but this hasn't been filled, or they may consider bringing it back into the mix once DKME has effectively 'cleaned house' and got relisted.

I guess time will tell, but for the time being, CRTG can't use this as part of their financials from my understanding as it's, from what we can see, separate from CRTG given the shares are now owned in DKME INC.

Again, they're so behind with fillings, they just really need to get their act together and get this sorted especially since we're now almost a year into the merger, I wonder what is causing the issue behind the delays!
