There are about 2 dozen shareholders that have yet to respond. There was a list of shareholders left in a trust or a Will, and those shareholders listed are included. Somebody important must have passed away and Venus was this person’s pet project and this guy wanted the proceeds of this sale to go to those shareholders that stood with him. I take it this guy knew each of the shareholders that are listed to receive these funds. I thought this crap was worthless however it makes solar panels much more robust and efficient and the Taiwan manufacturer wants to start producing product
