Bilky trying to collect SHMP “investors” so he can do to them in ECGS as his did to them in SHMP. 850,000 shares to hire an investors relations “pumper” (or pimper) @ $0.225 = $ 192,250 or just say Bilky blows another $200,000 to pump his latest share selling scam. Bilky added 2.5 million Bilky dilution shares in the last 3-6 months.

Bilky should announce that they are preparing to uplist to the NAZ next week
