From what Greg is saying its part of HV's job description of the case where HV didn't follow through with anything MAXD had already setup and was ready to launch.....
Harvey was in charge and all he did was bury MAXD... THAT WAS THE PLAN!!!!

He basically did nothing, as it was pointed out there were signed contracts and different projects that were set-up years prior....

It'll be brought up if it goes to court!!!!
Imo Harvey Verchery will settle but the other 29 defendant's will try to hang on to Harvey's coat strings seeing how he along with a few bankers have resources....
HV can't afford to go to Court with this case....
His best interest is to settle...
