Its why I never announced the Colorado Sec of State filing... I knew no one here, ( except for two other people) would ever go there to look things up} And I knew people would say what you said.. "They have a license to dump" Which they dont, because of how it all works. But that like those not looking is not how "dumping" works.

1. No company on the OTC or any big board is allowed to Dump shares on the open market. They can only sell shares to qualified buyers for: A: Private Placement or B: Convertible Debt, which must be restricted for a Minimum of 6 moths but generally are restricted for One Year. So if they were to sell 25 billion shares for a Private Placement those shares could not hit the market until November at the earlies.

2. The amount of Authorized shares is also used to prevent a hostile take over... how a hostile takeover works is if a private firm decided that they wanted control of Affluence and they began buying up all of the shares on the open market until they bought enough to have 51% of the shares available they would then have control of the company. With an Authorized share structure of 25 billion that would mean someone would have to buy about 12.5 billion shares on the open market... well there is no way that can happen unless 12.5 billion shares are sold by the company for Convertible Debt. again cant and wont happen

Its not a positive spin Risk these are FACTS and yes OS, Me and a few others are just as pissed about what is happening as anyone, but we also know and understand how the system works and what your thinking is not what is happening or will happen. IMO.

OTC traders are programed to have knee jerk reactions, mostly negative, because there really are so many scum bag companies out there... I dont see this as one.

Final question to you... do you believe the Dell web site where it says MTi is now an Edge Preferred Vendor... cuz if you do, then you must believe that before Dell would make that decision they would have done deep dive due diligence on MTi and its parent company AFFU...if they thought there was going to me a major scandal with either of them would they have made the move to make OMT and MTi Edge Vendors... I dont think they would have
