I see you take your opinion as facts.

That is your opinion, mine is more positive and the opinion of the CEO even more positive than mine. 
So in fact, you know nothing and are just guessing. That way Pual is about right when he says 50/50. But the fact is, if GRST can prove in Q2 they are able to make a profit even with all the debt they have from the past, GRST can be the investment of the year, decade, lifetime.
The new property was indeed a buy with huge reduction! It doesn’t matter why the owners had to sell under the value, it does matter that it was a great deal for GRST and will only be in favor of GRST. So you even try to make a great deal look like a bad thing, it only shows what game you are playing here.
But it is nice of you to see you are worried about my money. Thank you. 🤣
