Is Ionq the next Nvda? Well it’s like, I like to think out of the box. Then I take off running out in front if it. Jensen is the sharpest tool in the shed. But he’s not the fastest tool . He needs to put down that very sharp handsaw and pick up the battery powered circular saw. But imo it’s too late. Ionq jumped out of the box and took off sprinting. Their QPU’s and totally secure QKD Quantum Internet is being built in Chattanooga and SK as we speak. Next up is Switzerland and Japan imo There is no stopping our “ Dream Team” now. They are sprinting to the finish line. Totally secure quantum networks. The acquisitions of Qubitekk and I D Quantique were brilliant! Including their over 400 networking patents with our over 500 hardware and software patents puts us way ahead of the rest. In the next couple of years I predict QPU’s will totally replace GPU’s. Just like GPU’s and CPU’s. QPU’s are much more powerful and use way less energy , space, and are way less expensive to produce. It’s a no brainer. GPU’s are on their way out. Tomorrow? No. But they are on their way out. QPU’s will be all the talk soon. They will not need the vast space to house them or the nuclear plants to power them. These huge new data centers full of GPU’s are already obsolete before they’ve even started building them. What! You say? Yep. They’ve already been trumped. No pun intended. With the inclusion of new memristors , mempacitors and meminductors into new QPU’s they will far surpass any GPU. New Quantum computers are solving problems at the speed of light now. Racing far ahead of our wildest imaginations. But IonQ is in position to harness that speed whereas Nvda is not. They’re still a 1 trick pony stuck in that shed filing on that handsaw . IMO
