Someone wants to buy/control cheap and bashing, wearing out retailers, offering cheap 10X targets or less from $.30 all works to this end for a potential hostile buyout offer that they hope $5/share or less longs will want. A friendly to shirts just wipes out the short position by covering legal shorts and wiping naked shorts off the books. Those folks don’t want an out of control price situation that could happen with a bidding war with institutions and new retail jumping in. Best wishes.
