The simple "supposed fact" that IGPK applied for a name change with FINRA and it wasn't approved "supposedly" insinuates a "problem" of some kind. Either proper procedures were not followed, drew scrutiny and questions or requests were not followed up on.. etc. Something..
Now having changed the corporate name back & forth several times could further complicate the issue. If you can't get a name change, "approval of a corporate action by FINRA," you can forget about any other, including an R/S .. IF, principals can't accomplish what they intended to here, IF they had any good intentions to begin with, they will move on.. AND it does NOT appear by company filings of record in china that all is well as far as "legal ownership" is concerned.
