It may not have a notice, but it is deficient. And I've called out about a dozen tickers throughout the last 3 years that had missing filings that had corporate actions put though. You guys can't explain why. You just get defensive as if it's a personal agenda kind of thing.

I'm proving to you with factual evidence that this is not dead. Sharp's waiting for the right time to get the right entity merged here. If he didn't give a crap about this, he'd let it fall to Expert Market and let it rot.
